Inspiring young people to connect with the world

We are committed to inspiring, encouraging, and nurturing outstanding talents, caring about the professional development and ideal vision of future new citizens, promoting innovative research thinking, promoting exchanges and interactions between industry and academia, and thus caring about nature and humanity, bringing more value to Taiwan.

We established the first Outstanding Student Scholarship and Young Professor Award in 2010, hoping to encourage outstanding professors and students in Taiwan to study chemical technology and practical applications, improve students' chemical literacy and technical level, and enable Taiwan's chemical industry to abandon traditional thinking patterns, break out of the framework, integrate innovative elements into the industry, cultivate sustainable international competitiveness, and further benefit society. In addition, the group’s values and core competencies of “creating value, innovation, leadership, teamwork, pragmatism and honesty” were incorporated into the activity design. It is hoped that after participating in the scholarship program, students will not only have a deeper understanding and interest in the chemical industry and the Lee Chang Yung Group, but will also be able to enter the workplace with the correct values.
